Andrew Parker trained at Highbury College and lives locally in Petersfield.
Following the successful acquisition of his catering qualification he worked gaining valuable
experience in local restaurants including the Four Seasons in Hampshire. Travelling extensively
through Asia and Australia he was inspired by Head Chef Sam Ward who introduced Andrew to
the flavours of Mexican cuisine and from this he continues to add this knowledge and passion to
the Tapas menu here at Annie Jones.
